Your journal has four categories of things to measure or track. There are several choices in each category. You can track at least one, and up to 3 items in each category.

In each of the four categories: Mood, Activity, Physical and Stressors, you should select items that best fit your experience and lifestyle. These are personal choices, and no two people may choose the same items to track.
